  • Are reservations required?

    Reservations are not required but they do guarantee a seat.  Due to high volumes on Friday and Saturday we do suggest them because walk ins are not guaranteed due to capacity limitations. 

  • How many people can I make for a reservation?

    Through the app, the largest party that can be reserved is 30.  Parties larger than 30 will have to contact us and management will assist you to provide options and seat layout.  

  • Can you adjust or cancel reservations?

    Yes, if you message back to the confirmation text it will update on our end whether your party amount of has changed or if you would like to cancel your reservation.   

  • What days do we offer Dueling Piano performances?

    Every Thursday, doors open at 6pm and the show begins at 7 PM. Every Friday and Saturday, doors open at 7pm and the show begins at 8 PM.  

  • How do the lounge areas work and the cost for those areas?

    Lounge seating offers a more comfortable area to relax and have fun. Those areas can accommodate up to 25-30 total, if you have a large group. Tables and chairs may be added to the area for larger parties. Thursdays the area is first come first serve. Friday & Saturday is $20 a person and that includes the cover for entry.

  • Is there an age limit to enter Sweet Caroline's Dueling Piano Bar?

    Yes, the minimum age to enter Sweet Caroline's Dueling Piano Bar is 21. We ID everyone!!!

  • Is there an Admission Charge?

    Admission is only for Friday & Saturdays at $12 per person on those days.

  • Do you have a happy hour?

    We do offer Happy Hour on Monday - Wednesday at 5 - 7PM

  • Can I smoke inside Sweet Caroline's?

    Sweet Caroline's is a non-smoking establishment. Smoking is allowed outside Sweet Caroline's at the Louisiana Boardwalk. Re-entry is allowed.

  • What time do the musicians take the stage?

    Musicians take the stage at approximately at 7pm on Thursdays and 8pm on Fridays and Saturdays. Maybe a little earlier. Maybe a little later. They're musicians after all.

  • Is there a dress code?

    Generally, we are “Dress to Impress”. The only thing we specifically do not allow is backwards baseball caps or sleeveless shirts on men. Most people dress in what may be considered “casual chic”. We do reserve the right to refuse entry based on improper attire or poor attitude. This is for the safety and enjoyment of all our guests. 

  • Do you serve food?

    We will be offering food from our establishment by end of October 2024. Currently we have local food trucks reserved outside the front door for your convenience, on Friday & Saturday. You are also welcome to bring in other food or have food delivered at this time.

  • Can I host a Birthday, Bachelorette Party, Bachelor Party or Corporate Event?

    Yes, we specialize in events like these above and promise you will have the time of your life.

  • Can Sweet Caroline's Dueling Piano Bar use my photo?

    YES, If you tag Sweet Caroline's Dueling Piano Bar in any Social Media Post. This Grants the USE of this photo, and we MAY reuse this photo.




    In other words, the very tagging of the photo constitutes the granting of permission by the copyright holder to the tagged person to publicize the photo in the public domain through reposting. Under these circumstances, the reposting does not constitute copyright infringement.

  • If left my credit card or forgot to close my tab, will I be charged a gratuity? How do I get my card back?

    All left open tabs will be charged applicable sales tax as well as a 25% gratuity. Please e-mail us at duelingpianosbc@gmail.com for left cards and we will work to promptly return the card to you.

  • Is there free parking?

    Parking is always free at the Louisiana Boardwalk. It is also covered.
